TOLUCA.- La Secretaría de Salud del Estado de México, a través de la Comisión para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios del Estado de México (Coprisem), suspendió 15 establecimientos, entre bares, restaurantes-bar y centros cerveceros, en los municipios de San Mateo Atenco, Villa del Carbón, Tepotzotlán, Teoloyucan, Chalco y Texcalyacac.
Con la finalidad de constatar el cumplimiento de las medidas sanitarias para el control del COVID-19 y contando con la participación de autoridades federales, estatales y municipales, se realizó un operativo el pasado fin de semana derivado de denuncias ciudadanas e invitaciones en redes sociales.
En el mismo intervino la Fiscalía Especializada de Trata de Personas, el Instituto de Verificación Administrativa del Estado de México (Inveamex) y la Guardia Nacional, por lo que como parte de estas acciones, el organismo suspendió también una fiesta en Villa del Carbón y colocó tres sellos de aviso de requerimiento a establecimientos de los municipios de Naucalpan y Teoloyucan.
La dependencia a cargo del Doctor Gabriel O’Shea Cuevas, detalló que con el apoyo de la Secretaría de Seguridad y de autoridades municipales, el personal sanitario realizó más de 30 visitas de verificación en los municipios antes mencionados.
Durante los recorridos que se llevaron a cabo a establecimientos dedicados a la venta de bebidas alcohólicas para el consumo inmediato, la Coprisem suspendió 15 negocios, destacando un bar en San Mateo Atenco, el cual no permitió el acceso al personal verificador.
Y con el fin de dar cumplimiento a las recomendaciones del Gobernador Alfredo Del Mazo Maza para cuidar de la salud de la población en el contexto de la emergencia sanitaria por la propagación del virus SARS-CoV-2 y evitar aglomeraciones, en Villa del Carbón acudieron a un lugar que al parecer se rentaba para fiestas, donde se celebraba un convivio.
Por lo anterior, el personal sanitario procedió a la suspensión de estos lugares, principalmente por no cumplir con las medidas higiénicas, además algunos establecimientos presentaban deficientes condiciones de operación o bien carecían de la documentación que acreditara su legal funcionamiento.
Por lo anterior, la Coprisem inició los procedimientos jurídico-administrativos pertinentes a efecto de determinar la sanción que correspondan a las faltas cometidas y que podrían ir hasta la clausura y multa por 10 mil UMA (Unidad de Medida y Actualización).
